Ingredients- 1 tbs. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tbs. spicy curry
- 1 tbs. curry
- 1 tbs. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. tumeric
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 1 lb. of ground turkey (or chunked turkey breast)
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 c. peas
- salt
Directions
- Heat oil over medium high heat, cook onions and carrots approximately 5 minutes.
- Drain any remaining oil and add chicken broth, sour cream, and spices. Bring to a boil.
- Add turkey and peas, and continue cooking approximately 5 minutes, or until done.
- Add salt to taste and serve with steamed rice.
